Get inspired

With the KulturPass, you can take advantage of a wide range of local cultural activities. When you turn 18 in 2023 (year of birth 2005), you will receive a budget of 200 euros. You can use this budget for concerts, cinema, museum and theater visits or for the purchase of books and records. From your 18th birthday, the budget is available to you.  

 

You can download the KulturPass app since June 14, 2023.

If you were born in 2005 and celebrate your 18th birthday in 2023, you can activate your €200 budget. To use it, all you need to do is identify yourself via an online ID procedure using your electronic ID card, an eID card or an electronic residence permit (eAT). The budget is available to you from your 18th birthday. However, registration and identification is already possible at an earlier stage.

The KulturPass was launched on June 14, 2023. Since then, you are able to take advantage of the many offers from the various providers via the app.

To register digitally in the KulturPass app, you need one of the following three documents: 

  • ID card with online ID function (for German citizens). 
  • eID card (for EU citizens) 
  • Electronic residence permit (for non-EU citizens residing in Germany) 

Identification with a passport is not possible. 

The individual steps for registration and identification are performed directly in the KulturPass app.
